A. Digital Products
All email templates, social media templates, and fundraising materials are delivered digitally. No physical products will be shipped.
B. Payment & Pricing
- Prices are listed in GBP and may change without notice. Currency will be converted at checkout..
- Payments are securely processed through third-party payment providers. We do not store payment details.
- By making a purchase, you authorize us to charge your payment method.
C. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final and refunds will not be given – with the exception of the Template Membership – where you will be granted 7 days in which to change your mind and cancel. 3. License & Acceptable Use
A. License to Use Digital Products
When you purchase a template, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-user license to use it for personal or organizational fundraising purposes. You may not:

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for our products.
